Movie Plot: The film starts offevolved with a prologue of a battle on a far-flung planet wherein the president is evacuated on a rocket. The film shifts to the Earth, wherein Nobita is kicked out with the aid of Gian and Suneo after destroying the set of the space movie they may be making. 

Nobita runs to Doraemon and recruits Shizuka to make their very own movie. All through filming, Nobita unearths what looks like a toy rocket. Later that night Nobita and Doraemon discover Papi, a tiny smart humanoid alien, in their room. 

Papi is able to talk with the Earth people through Translation Jelly and explains that there may be a risky enemy searching for him. Nobita and pals assure him that he could be safe in their home.
